Your website belongs to you. If you decide we’re not the right fit you’ll receive a full backup of your website and it will stay online through the end of your subscription while you transition.

THE MOSAIC SUITE
Included in every build is the Mosaic Worship Suite. Designed thoughtfully, for the church, with real church experience. Use all plugins, some of them, or none; the choice is yours.
Mosaic Events
The plugin core; create, edit, and manage events and any member announcements from your site with a full editor and calendar sharing.
Mosaic Volunteers
Create, edit, and manage manpower needs, campaign needs, and reminders. Volunteers can integrate with Mosaic Events to link specific needs with a specific event.
Mosaic Forms
Risk management is never easy; Mosaic Forms as either a standalone or integrated with volunteers and events can help organize and track basic event and participation RMA forms.
Mosaic Worship
Build a worship plan, set hymns, set scripture, and manage multiple services with Mosaic Worship. Define specific liturgical resources that repeat weekly, and create Service Order templates to reduce the time spent in worship planning.
Mosaic Prayer
Manage prayer and praise requests; members can send requests from the front-end for prayer team review and display publicly. Responses are 100% moderated by the prayer team before public posting, and a clergy-specific worksheet is available for weekly updates.
Mosaic Bulletin
Integrates with Worship to import Service Order and create bulletins quickly and easily. If all suite plugins are present, announcements, events, birthdays, and prayer requests are all imported to save time and effort.

What’s not included
Honesty first; we’ll also tell you what is not included. This isn’t all inclusive, since we can’t anticipate all scenarios. But, our promise is that we will always talk through anything unexpected first.
Every church is different. If your project requires something outside the standard build, we’ll discuss it together before any work begins and provide a clear quote.
If we can’t do it, we’ll find someone who can. If we can do it, we’ll quote it separately (e.g., premium domains can be done, but at purchase cost separate from the build).
